Do you ship worldwide?
Yes!
How much is shipping?
Shipping fee on print/woodcut orders:
- Within the Netherlands: €4,15
- Within Europe: €8,-
- Outside of Europe: €16,-
Orders consisting of only stickers are sent out with the regular mail. Shipping fee will be:
- Internationally: €3,-
- The Netherlands: €1.92
Are orders shipped with tracking information?
Yes*. After your order has been sent out, you will receive a notification e-mail with a tracking code. These e-mails sometimes end up in your spam folder, so please take a look there if you haven't received anything! If it's not in spam either, please get in contact.
All orders are shipped with PostNL. With international shipping, it's best to track the parcel on the website of their network partner that will do the delivery, once it has arrived in country of destination. Tracking updates are more accurate there.
This network partner is usually the national mail company of your country. For example:
U.S.A: USPS
United Kingdom: Royal Mail
Australia: Australian Post
Canada: Canada Post
Unfortunately PostNL does not provide a list of network partners.
When you are not sure which company will handle your parcel, please get in contact.
* sticker orders will be sent with regular mail, these are not trackable.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will packaged and sent out within 4 business days.
The shipping time seems to be a bit unpredictable, mostly since the pandemic, but the estimates are:
- within the Netherlands: 1-2 business days
- within Europe: 2-5 business days
- outside of Europe : 6 business days to 2 weeks
Again, these are estimates; it may take longer. If you have any questions regarding an order having to arrive before a certain date (birthday, holiday, etc), please get in contact!
My Order
How do I pay for my order?
You can purchase your order using Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, Apple Pay or Paypal, all options are displayed during checkout.
What about taxes?
When you’re ordering outside of the European Union, please be aware that you may receive additional export charges. Sofie does not cover any of these additional charges, you are responsible for overseas customs clearance and taxes.
My order has arrived, but it is damaged...
When your order arrives damaged, please get in contact within a week from its arrival. Do not throw away the packaging!
What about returns?
If you are unhappy about your purchase, please get in touch within a week from its arrival.
Algemene voorwaarden
Over jouw bestelling
Alle items in deze webwinkel zijn handgemaakt in beperkte oplage. Alle prints zijn uniek en hebben ieder kleine verschillen in print door relief van het papier en in kleur. De kleuren kunnen afwijken van het exemplaar in de foto.
Betaling
Je kunt je bestelling betalen middels iDeal, creditcard, Paypal of ApplePay.
Verzending
Alle bestellingen worden verstuurd met PostNL. Als je eenmaal betaald hebt, duurt het maximaal 4 werkdagen voor deze is verwerkt en wordt verstuurd. Doorgaans wordt je bestelling dan de volgende dag bezorgd (tenzij deze verstuurd is op vrijdag, zaterdag of zondag, dan valt bezorging op de eerstvolgende werkdag). Sofie is niet verantwoordelijk voor vertragingen bij bezorging.
Kosten voor verzending binnen Nederland bedragen €4,15, met uitzondering van bestellingen die enkel uit stickers bestaan. Stickers worden verstuurd met de brievenpost, kosten bedragen €1.92. Bestellingen die prints of andere kunstwerken bevatten worden als (brievenbus)pakket verstuurd, je ontvangt een track&trace code zodat je deze kunt volgen.
Alle prints worden in een stevige, plastic vrije verpakking verstuurd. Mocht jouw pakketje beschadigd aankomen, neem dan even contact op!
Retourneren
Als je ontevreden bent over je aankoop, neem dan alsjeblieft binnen een week na ontvangst contact op.
